In order to raise awareness of the persecution of Falun Gong and the Chinese Communist Party’s crime of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners for profit, practitioners from Queensland organized activities in front of the Supreme Court to expose the CCP’s atrocities.
At a directions hearing for the case yesterday (3/07/06), a representative of the law office representing the plaintiffs advised the court that the case would not be discontinued and sought leave from the court for a three-week extension which was granted.
The criminal section of the Supreme Court of Spain decided to accept the appeal submitted by Falun Gong practitioners accusing Jia Qinglin, high official of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), of having committed genocide against Falun Gong and ordered the State Court of Spain to investigate and adjudicate the case.
Friday, 21 April, 2006: a hearing will be held in the Supreme Court of NSW in relation to the lawsuit filed by Sydney resident and Falun Gong practitioner, Ms Zhang Cuiying, against former Chinese dictator Jiang Zemin and the 610 Office for torture she suffered in China because of her belief.
