More than 700 human rights activists from over 35 countries gathered together in Thailand to raise the awareness of the violation of women’s rights and to look for joint effort to achieve a solution for human rights improvement, particularly in the Asia Pacific region.

There have been various reports in the U.S., Australia, Canada, Germany, France and Switzerland, to name a few, about Chinese consulates hiring local gangsters to verbally threaten and physically assault Falun Gong practitioners.
In this incident, however, the gunman shot from the passenger side while his car was behind Mr. Liang’s car. He kept shooting until both cars were moving side-by-side, or parallel with each other. The gunshots lasted about ten seconds. Therefore, the shooting was obviously premeditated, and this is not an ordinary case of random crime.

These are the first gunshots fired at overseas Falun Gong practitioners by Jiang’s followers, who have been using all possible means in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. This incident in South Africa is most likely just an extension of the Jiang group’s state sponsored terrorism to overseas countries.
Using violence, deception, and corruption, the Chinese dictatorship covers up many of its horrible crimes. The theft and sale by the government of bodily organs from executed prisoners has been confirmed by witnesses and condemned by the international community.
The tortures that Falun Gong practitioners face in China have revealed to the world the horrific nature of the persecution. The tortures are so incredibly appalling that I have been asked, “Is it possible that such brutal torture exists in the civilized world of today?” The answer is yes.
