2007 UN report recently released includes the latest report by UN Special Rapporteur on Torture Manfred Nowak. He summarized particular cases in his report. In addition to cases related to Falun Gong, he also listed cases about Gao Zhisheng and organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners.

In April 2007, an additional twenty one deaths of Falun Gong practitioners in China due to torture were confirmed.
