This case is far from over. In fact, it is just beginning. Like the plaintiffs in Filartiga v. Pena-Irala (2nd Cir. 1980), like the plaintiffs in Pinochet, the plaintiffs in Falun Gong v. Jiang Zemin shall prevail on appeal. History will soon show that the principles which comprise the plaintiffs’ claims shall prevail.
The precious Chinese people stopped in their steps and attentively looked at the truth-clarifying posters. A criminal lawsuit was filed today in Helsinki, Finland charging the head of China’s Gestapo-like “6-10 Office,” Luo Gan, with crimes of genocide and torture.
“The superiors have assigned us a death quota, so we can kill a certain number of you without responsibility.” The “death quota” is another piece of evidence for the genocide crime of Jiang Zemin and his “610 office.”
