The Epoch Times reported on August 27, 2003 that Falun Gong practitioners filed an appeal on the “obstruction case” which arose from their peaceful petition. The trial for the appeal was initially slated for the Supreme Court, but the judge thinks it may involve the Basic Law and has transferred it to the Appeals Court.
“If you believed in ‘Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance,’ would you suppress your people? This is why they are afraid. They are unable to control good people, so they use brutal methods to treat Falun Gong.”
On August 22-24, 2003, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhang Cuiying held an exhibit in an art gallery in the historic town of Windsor, New South Wales to introduce Falun Dafa and “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance.”

up to it. There’s also a possibility that there may be a separate action in
the international court of justice so that may also require us to make an
appearance in Geneva.”
Our lawsuit is the 11th international lawsuit to emerge in the last two years against Chinese government officials or entities for their role in the persecution of Falun Gong.
