After Falun Gong practitioners in Belgium filed a lawsuit against Jiang Zemin, Falun Gong practitioners in Germany prepared to use German law to file their own lawsuit against the Chinese dictator.
Cuiying and her lawyer will sue Jiang at the UN for violating human rights. Zhang Cuiyings lawyer expressed that they were also preparing to sue Jiang Zemin in the International Courts.

With the help of world-renowned lawyer and human rights campaigner Geoffrey Robertson, QC, I am filing a lawsuit with the United Nations against Jiang Zemin, the former Chinese leader.
“The plan is that Geoffrey and I will do some things in New York in the lead
up to it. There’s also a possibility that there may be a separate action in
the international court of justice so that may also require us to make an
appearance in Geneva.”
Robertson’s involvement should strengthen Zhang’s case and would
ensure it is likely to become a benchmark fight against the persecution of
Falun Gong practitioners.

case in the United Nations Commission on Human Rights against former Chinese
president Jiang Zemin.
One of the plaintiffs in the case told Reuters on Tuesday
a number of Falun Gong members in countries including Belgium, the United
States and Australia were filing the suit for torture, crimes against
humanity and genocide.
The suit, which will be handed to federal prosecutors on Wednesday, accuses
Jiang — who remains China’s military head — of “torture, crimes against
humanity and genocide,” said lawyer Georges-Henri Beauthier in a statement.

are not hurting anybody. They are behaving themselves. They are the world’s
